“ Super good food I recommend alot and the taro boba is so good and comes in a pretty cup ”
“ Past five years they closed down their dining room, it is take out only, you order online. We ordered combination fried rice, fried calamari and combination pad Thai. Order was ready on time, girl in the window was super polite, but unfortunately the chicken and beef on both pad Thai and fried rice were extremely dry, besides that disappointment, everything else was good. ”
“ I love this place. Food is delicious, they are open super late, and they will make you food as spicy as you want so you can wake up with that ring of fire feeling ”
“ Yummy eats for takeout times two! I've been becoming an instant fan of Barn Rau... Located at the east end of the Vallarta Supermarket Plaza of Oxnard Street and Cleon Avenue, right next to Ramen Izakaya - North Hollywood. With their impressive menu of tasty Thai food for all, kosher, pescatarian vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, they've got a little something for all! And all are definitely welcome. The vegan menu and options are abundant. The flavor is solid and the portions are portionful! The veggie spring rolls my first time ordering were a little more crispy, but still very nom nom. It's fresh, halal, and made with valley flare as well as care! Craving them on a Wednesday night (which is the only day of the week they're not open). I've physically been by but yet to stop inside... Hoping to change that soon (planning a meet up with friends), but nothing beats good delivery! Barn Rau doesn't have many windows so it's hard to get a sense of what the full vibe is like especially for dining inside in 2024. The outside has has some updated paint in the last few years that makes it and the neighboring establishments look nicer. Typically Barn Rau Thai Halal is serving up great dishes from around 530/6PM until late night 2/230AM most of the week (or until midnight on Tuesdays). Plenty of parking the street and some close by in the shared parking lot. ”
“ My third time ordering here & I absolutely love it. I will say that the food here is a bit on the oily side so that's something to note. Overall the food options are endless and almost everything I've ordered here since the first time has been good. What I truly love about this place is whether I ordered pickup or via Uber eats, my food is always hot & fresh when I open it. I got myself the Vegan Pineapple Noodles. It originally comes with Vegan ham, cashews, peas, carrots, onions, pineapple, raisins, & baked tofu. I also added broccoli & vegan duck. Flavor wise, the dish had great flavor. The pineapple made the dish have a sweetness to it which I loved. To be totally honest I couldn't tell what was what when it came to the "protein". However, I could taste the flavor difference in them. Really good nevertheless. The noodles were delicious too! I got myself peanut sauce on the side & that paired really well as it made the dish creamy (although it's not needed because it's still enjoyable without !) If you're looking for delicious food I would definitely consider checking this place out. Definitely a hidden gem here in the Burbank area :) ”
